Refund policy
HEAT WAVE RETURNS & EXCHANGES
We want you to love your Heat Wave pieces.
Returns and exchanges are accepted within 7 days of delivery for eligible items.
To qualify for a return or exchange:
• Items must be unworn, unwashed, and free of makeup, deodorant, perfume, tanning products, or other stains.
• All original tags must still be attached.
• The hygiene liner must remain intact and unremoved.
• Items must be returned in their original packaging.
For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on items that show signs of wear, have had the hygiene liner removed, or have been washed.
REFUNDS
Once your return is received and inspected, approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for your bank to process the refund.
EXCHANGES
Need a different size? We offer exchanges on eligible items, subject to inventory availability!
DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 3 days of delivery at [your email address] with your order number and photos of the issue. We will make it right.
RETURN SHIPPING
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Heat Wave reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet the above requirements.
